The 97th Tely Ten Mile Road Race will start in Paradise on Sunday, June 22, 2025. As a result, the Town of Paradise will be closing the following roads.

The Town of Paradise advises that there will be traffic interruptions on St. Thomas Line near the St. Thomas Line Pump Station project (new lift station) for roadway patching. This work will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Crews will work to minimize traffic disruptions; however, drivers should anticipate slowdowns and delays. Please use caution in the area and follow all signage and traffic control measures.

We understand residents’ frustrations with the work on the Lanark Basketball Court. Last fall, The Town awarded the construction of the Lanark Drive basketball court to an outside contractor. The Town of Paradise advises that construction to convert the intersection of Paddy Kay Drive and Clearview Heights into a three-way stop is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 26, 2025. The work is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting, with crews on site from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The Town of Paradise advises that the water and sewer installation on Windmill Road is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Work will take place daily between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and is expected to continue for approximately 12 weeks. Due to the nature of this project, traffic interruptions and delays can be expected in the construction area.
