The Town of Paradise advises that construction on the St. Thomas Line Pump Station project is ongoing, and the right-hand turning lane on St. Thomas Line will remain temporarily closed for three weeks.
Crews will work to minimize traffic disruptions; however, drivers should anticipate slowdowns and delays. Please use caution in the area and follow all signage and traffic control measures.
The Town apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your patience during this work.

The Town of Paradise advises that Town Hall in-person services including tax payments, permit payments and pick-ups, application drop-offs, and other matters will not be available on Thursday, May 8 and Friday, May 9 as staff are relocating to new office space. The main phone line 709.782.1400 and general email will be monitored, and staff are responding to all inquiries. Please note it may take longer than usual to respond, but staff will get to all messages.

The Town of Paradise advises that crews will be completing site assessment work on Neary Road starting Thursday May 8. The work involves drilling along the side of the road and is part of the water and sewer project planned for Neary Road. The work is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. over two days, with intermittent traffic slowdowns anticipated. Access will be maintained to residential properties.
